Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
With my 13 cousins, I was always the one who jumped in when one of the babies was fussy, needed a change, or to eat. I loved everything about helping children. I also have babysat friends of the family with ages ranging from 8 months- 9 years.

The most important part about being a nanny...
The most important part about being a nanny is treating the children you're caring for like they're your own. They are having a tough time not having their parent(s) there and a new person being there as is. It is important to add in educational and life lessons into each day that you're with them. You have to remember that you will be a piece of their big puzzle one day when they get old enough to remember what you've taught or said to them!
My experience with special needs children...
In my class of 2020 we had an autistic, loving guy named Jason. I somehow always got classes with Jason and I would be his helper in these classes as a volunteer because no one else did. We had classes from grade 5 to grade 12!
The most important part about being a nanny...
At one point I was asked to sit a 3 year old angle for a week and at the end of the week she asked me, "Can you come back and be my friend please", It was the sweetest most innocent thing ever!
