She is smart and anticipates not only the needs of our children but also our needs as parents when it came to managing a household. She is kind but holds her ground well when our son would test boundaries. Often she could get him to listen when we couldn’t! When she had her baby, she was comfortable juggling all three children and would take them out fun places to enrich their time with her. I consider her a valued part of our family because she shows with her actions that she is a genuine person who understands and cares deeply for all children."

She intuits their needs, keeps them on schedule, has good boundaries, does great with meals and naps, and has been an incredible partner in caring for our children. She has also been very responsive to input about our preferences and needs. She balances caring for our children with her infant really well including taking them on local activities (play cafe, park, store). We are moving out of state and would take her with us if we could.
