The special bond you get to create with every individual child. The love you get to see grow within those child eyes. The trust that a child begins to have for you as someone that will always be there for them. To me these are the most important things about being a nanny. These are things that can’t be brought or manipulated, it’s earned and it’s the greatest thing you can earn in this very profession.
My experience with special needs children...
As a substitute teacher I worked with special needs children quite a lot. I love them they have the biggest hearts, and warmest hugs. They light up any room that they’re in. They have a special place in my heart.
The most important part about being a nanny...
I don’t think I have one every single one of my kids hold a special memory and place in my heart. It’ll be impossible for me to pick one.
