Greetings!
I am interested in full time work. Over the past 2 years, I have had the pleasure of investing in the lives of 2 boys. I have fresh experience with infant and toddler care/development.
My venture prior to this was managing a state certified childcare with children ranging from 3 to 10 years old. I also have experience working as a DSP (Direct Support Professional) for individuals with disabilities, specifically Autism.
I possess a natural motivation to bring out the best by first maintaining my calm demeanor, leading with encouragement and giving abundant patience during the emotional tornadoes.

Child development has always been my passion, joy and career choice. I am very intuitive to a child's needs to support healthy boundaries, co-regulation and positive reinforcement to nurture their individuality.

I am an avid learner and as a home educating mom for 13 years, I have truly loved building executive functioning skills for a strong foundation in my children and others.
