A little bit about me

My name is Raurie and I’m 22 years old! I have experience in both professional and private childcare. I’m a former Head Start teacher working with toddlers on a 1:4 ratio. Currently I’m a full time Montessori toddler teacher working on a 1:7 ratio (I can handle a lot of kids!)I have experience with special needs, challenging behaviors, and children with medical needs. I’ve worked primarily with infants and toddlers but I do have some experience with grade school aged children! I’m more than happy to be goofy with kiddos and I absolutely love pets!
I’m looking to work either occasional babysitting or if you’re needing part time after work hours (I get off at 5:30) I’m open to it!
I have all the Merit requirements to work in a licensed childcare facility which includes a state background check, CPR/first aid for all ages, a safe sleep certificate (renewed every year!), 30 hours of childcare basics, and even more! I’m more than happy to show all of these things during interviews!
