The most important part about being a nanny...
Being a nanny nowadays patience’s is key , especially with toddlers. I never get angry with babies/ toddlers just because it’s nothing to get angry about. I love babies and wouldn’t want them to feel scared or unloved. Treating others as my own is what makes me feel happy. Communication is also important, not just with the children when their upset or not understanding something but also with the parents. Making sure the babies are safe, cared for , and is well fed is also important.
