I have worked with special needs kiddos for a year going on my second year starting this Agust. It had truly been a remarkable experience, I have learned to see the world through the eyes if children they have shown me,compassion, empathy, and determination beyond anything I had ever experienced. My life and heart are truly full watching all my special needs kiddos reach not only persal milestones but also reach academic milestones. I am a much better person because of my little angels. Being a behavioral technician is truly a rewarding career.
