Hi! My name is Rebecca, I'm 23 years old, and I'm the oldest of three siblings. I've helped care for my two younger brothers, now 11 and 9, since they were born. With both of my parents working, I took on responsibilities like preparing meals, helping with homework, planning activities, and managing bedtime routines.

I'm naturally outgoing, compassionate, curious, and attentive to the needs of others. I genuinely find purpose in making people's lives a little easier, and I love knowing that even small acts of care can make a difference.

Outside of childcare, I have experience in sales, administration, and team leadership. I'm bilingual in English and Spanish, love spending time outdoors, exploring new places, and learning about different cultures.
