Seeing my children's language development and personality grow and flourish! I work specifically with 1 to 3 year olds so I get to witness and foster this growth first hand. To watch their vocabulary and words develop into phrases and sentences where they can express their thoughts and feelings is such a beautiful experience. My values when working with little ones entail respect, patience, affection, and a very positive energy.
