More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
Babysitting cousins, and also taking care of children in church's kids center. Pre-K assistant teacher in a Montessori enrichment center, located in Montclair. I was an infant assistant teacher in a Stafford school/daycare, and I've also bounced around the ages 1-2. I was a nanny to a 4 year old girl from September 2021- June 2022. My most recent daycare experience was working with toddlers aged 16-24m as the lead teacher.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I like going to the park, doing arts and crafts, and trying out new recipes, whether it be baking or cooking. I like to converse with the children, regardless of where their at in terms of speech. I also like to do a lot of brain activities, to make sure the children are constantly being challenged.

Making sure the children are safe, and happy, while also engaging with them throughout the day.
My experience with special needs children...
My last nanny experience I worked with a 4 year old on the autism spectrum. It was my first experience with a special needs child but nonetheless I learned so much from her.

Has to be when the children wake up from nap. The smiles on their faces makes teaching worth it, even though it could be they’re waking up happy for snack!
