The most important part about being a nanny...
One of my favorite memories was when I was working in a childcare center as an infant teacher and I helped this adorable little girl take her first steps independently. Her parents had been working with her on it at home as well. So being able to help was a great feeling. Seeing the smile on the parents faces when I told them and being able to help this little girl reach that milestone really warmed my heart and made me so happy.
