The most important part about being a nanny...
In my opinion the most important thing about being a nanny is understanding the kids. While understanding the parents and their expectations is also a major part in being a nanny, understanding the kids is more important to me because you’ll be with them almost the whole day and you’ll want to understand what they like or don’t like in order to get a better understanding of what to do and not to do with them such as activities like watching movies or shows, eating food, or if you choose to bring gifts for holidays.
