Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I volunteered at an elementary school while studying abroad in Taiwan for 6 months. I read English books to children to get them engaged in learning. During my time at school, I mentored elementary students at under-resourced Oakland school. I was responsible for playing with kids during recess and also tutoring them during homework time.
