That means being emotionally supportive, consistent with boundaries, and attentive to each child’s needs and personality. Kids thrive when they feel safe, understood while also maintaining a healthy relationship with the parent or parents of the child/children.

My Favorite Nanny Moment was when I took the last little boy that I nannied before moving here to Bass Pro Shop, and he got so excited over the large fish in the tanks. I swear his laugh was contagious.
