The most important part about being a nanny...
when I first started taking care of the first child, she was only 5 months old and she wasn't the best taken care of from her previous caretaker. It took some hard work to set a good sleeping schedule and feeding schedule but at the end, it was all worth it. My favorite moment was when she said her first word, which was mama. Her mom was picking her up and when she said it, both her mom and I cheered so happily, one of the best moments.
