I have been a full time foster care mom for 5 years threw St. Louis County. I than went on to do Respite Care and Emergency foster care. I started out as a level A foster mom. This is children that have never been traumatized, usually new born to two years old. At the end I had moved up to level D. This is children right before being institutionalized. With all the children I have worked with there is one common denominator. The need for Love.
