My family nanny moment was having a breakthrough in potty training! I worked with a kid who was uncomfortable using the bathroom until he was about 3, and after a few weeks of working with him, he finally had a breakthrough and became potty trained. Super fulfilling! And I know mom and dad were really happy too haha!
