Dancing. Dancing is everything. It’s a form of expression, a workout, and helps with feeling strong emotions you can’t seem to express with words. I love to dance. It doesn’t require anything but you and your body.

I think the most important part is guidance. Being someone who your child will look up to, requires us to show them the proper way to take care of themselves, emotionally, mentally, and physically. Allowing mistakes but also not accepting bad behavior.
My experience with special needs children...
I’ve babysat a little girl with Down syndrome. During that time I’ve taught her basic ASL signs such as “more” “milk” “eat” etc. Most of the time I’ve found communication and emotional regulation to be a setback for children with special needs, but I have the patience to teach them and learn them as individual's.
The most important part about being a nanny...
The Laughter. Anytime I can put a smile on a child’s face or hear a laugh it makes my glow. Keeping kids happy will always be my favorite.
