I have babysat children from 3 mo. all the way to pre teens and teens, as well as worked summers as a camp counselor.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

When summer is (finally) here in our beautiful city: I love nature scavenger hunts, picnics, bike rides, sidewalk chalk, gardening, playing sports, and exploring nature!

When the weather starts to get yucky, its always fun to stay in and do arts and crafts, play board games, do some story telling, cooking and baking, puzzle solving, science experiments and playing dress up!

The most important part about being a nanny...

The most important part about being a nanny for me is building strong relationships, with both the children under my care as well as the whole family. Children thrive when they feel safe, loved and understood. Establishing a bond based on trust, respect and open communication is very important to me.

I have experience caring for infants with acid reflux as well as children with autism.

The most important part about being a nanny...

One of my most cherished nanny moments occurred during a rainy afternoon when the children and I couldn't play outside as planned. Instead, we decided to build an indoor fort using blankets and cushions. As we constructed our cozy hideaway, the children's eyes lit up with excitement and creativity. We transformed the living room into a magical world of our own, complete with a 'secret' entrance and imaginary creatures.

Inside the fort, we read stories, played games, and shared laughter. It was truly heartwarming to witness the children's boundless imagination come to life. As we spent hours in our makeshift sanctuary, I saw not only their joy but also their trust in me as their caregiver and playmate. This experience reinforced the power of simple moments in fostering strong connections and creating lasting memories. It's moments like these that remind me why I'm passionate about caring for children and nurturing their growth.
