By refraining from saying, "No", I strive to put more attention on a desired behavior. I am very patient and I absolutely love learning. With that I would say that patience plays a major role when both learning and caring for children.

I absolutely aspire for children to feel safe, heard, and loved in result making myself available to all their emotional, physical and mental needs to the best of my expertise. I aim for the child to maintain their ability to think in a clear manner and create good decisions. As for regulating children's emotions, I guide them to slow down and respond to situations in a calm manner.
