The most important part about being a nanny is definitely helping parents. Sometime children don't realize how hard it is to be mom or dad, with work, sports, school, summer, clubs, teams etc it can be tough to juggle all those things & work as well. It is my job to make a parents job just a little bit easier.
My experience with special needs children...
I cared for 2 special needs children, one with autism and another with a prosthetic leg. Special needs children need somebody who is patient, loving, caring , & kind I like to believe I have all of those qualities so working with special need children is a blessing in itself

Everyday is an opportunity for a new favorite memory or moment, I think everyday that I worked with my last family was my favorite because all 3 kids loved me & always asked if I could stay once it was time for me to leave & they gave me the besttt hugs everyday
