Counselor for Park and Rec camp, and I also regularly babysit my nephew who just turned 6.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

include: Arts and Crafts, Cards, Baking, Going outside, Hiking/Trails, and especially being directly involved with any child's particular interests and/or new curiosities.

The most important part about being a nanny...

Safety and comfortability of the child is my top priority. Not only am I responsible for their protection, but I want them to feel safe telling me things we may not always see. Children are so innocent which unfortunately leaves them vulnerable to all different situations. I will always fully commit to making sure I can be another trusted person in their lives.

My experience with special needs children...

I participated in helping the Unified Sports Team at my high school, as well as 4 years of Child Development courses offered at my school. The class primarily focused on educating students like myself on the different types of needs and proper care for each individual child.

The most important part about being a nanny...

I can’t pick just one, I have a favorite memory with every child i’ve had the opportunity to care for. I think in general, my favorite part is how children continuously make me reflect on how I view certain aspects of life. They're also so full of energy and it somehow always rubs off on me. They can be so brutally honest but I can’t even complain, I’d rather know what they really think!
