Hello! I’m Rivers! I am a 25 years old, I grew up in Washington, moved to Canada for 12 years and now I’m back home!
I have been involved in caring for children ever since I was an early teen and have had a passion for it ever since. For a year, I was an infant teacher at a private preschool where I learned and experienced hands on care and work
I currently hold 7 certifications including but not limited to 30 hours of basic childcare, safe sleep, head trauma, emergency preparedness, I have also passed a DCYF backround check, my infant and adult general CPR/First Aid.
I am soon going to be starting school online to earn my Associates degree in Early Childhood Education. I am patient, loving, attentive, and playful, I take time to build a trust with each child and seek their interests to learn more about them, and I love to encourage and join in with activities and games!
