The most important part about being a nanny...

I believe the most important part of being a nanny is creating a safe, loving, and trusting environment for the child. Every child is different, so I think it’s important to be patient, attentive, and understanding of their individual needs and personality. I want the children I care for to feel comfortable, supported, and valued while also having fun, learning, and building confidence.

My experience with special needs children...

I have not had professional experience caring for children with special needs yet. However, I’m very patient, compassionate, and willing to learn. I understand that every child has different needs, routines, and ways of communicating, and I would take the time to understand what works best for each child. I’m open to guidance from parents and caregivers and would always make sure the child feels safe, comfortable, respected, and supported.

The most important part about being a nanny...

when a child feels comfortable enough to open up to me, gets excited to see me, or proudly shows me something they learned or created. I love being able to build that special bond with a child and know that they feel safe, happy, and cared for when they’re with me.
