Hello I go by Miss Rose with the children that I keep. I have nannied and babysit children for over 30 years. Absolutely love kids and seniors. I am a single nanny of one daughter and two grandkids. I love to travel. I love prepping and cooking unique meals. I love reading and playing indoors and outdoors with children. I like simple games plus educational games. I am very honest open-minded. I adapt easily. I don't have any pets. I do like animals but I don't like them jumping All over me. It's so much I can say about myself but I don't want to take up a lot of space. I am educated with a bachelor's degree in child care. I'm a retired salon owner of 30 years. I have an associate's degree in accounting. I am a native of St Louis Missouri once lived in Atlanta for 5 years as well.

I'm excited and looking forward to my new journey here in Las Vegas Nevada. My future goal is to honestly open up a 24/7 jumping place center here in Nevada.

More About Me

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

Just basic natural kid friendly games toys like flying a kite, coloring word puzzles jumping rope kickball stretches on the body sitting on the floor and more things pertaining to how I grew up as a kid doing fun things using simple methods... Allowing kids to use tablets and things of that nature I believe it takes away from a lot of natural ways of doing things just in case those computers tablets etc are not around I believe that we have some great ideas inside of us that needs to be expressed more then us being programmed to what society has to offer for fun and games.

The most important part about being a nanny...

I'm not sure if I can say the most important part... but the main part that works for most nannies like myself is to have pure love for the children. Making sure that their safety is first. Giving them the attention and the love that I would want if I were in their shoes. Also expressing and pouring out my heart into understanding who they are and sharing with them what I can bring to assist them in their individual likes, interests, idea etc not just my opinion because kids can teach also teach anyone as well as adults can teach. We are ever learning one from another.

My experience with special needs children...

My experience with special needs has been I'm going to say I have a 44-year-old son right now which is my honey's biological son I've been around him when he was 23... Prior to that I have kept two kids at my Center back in Atlanta Georgia and he was perfect with all the other children. He had a few outbursts here and there but no big deal. We all have outburst and we don't label us. I love working with them a lot of times the parents would intervene and would make it difficult for them and myself. Once the parent had left the area I was able to have better control with that child allowing them to be free.
