Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I have cared for multiple kids from newborns to 5 year olds and am comfortable handling anything and everything that comes with that. Raising our two kids along with watching other children has given me a plethora of experience not just with the children but also the interaction with their families. I follow the parental wants and needs for the kids and combine that with love and caring to create an environment that feels like home and family when the kids are under my supervision.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
Our house is set up like a daycare with 3 levels. We have multiple play areas. Some with toys, some with books, some with arts and crafts. In addition, we live in a great neighborhood with 3 playgrounds, a community center, pool, and walking trails right outside our front door. Depending on the children’s age I like to do different things during each day of the week so it keeps them engaged but also excited to know what the next day will be like.

Safety and Happiness. As parents, at the end of the day all we really want is to know our kids are happy and safe. All the other things are important. Learning, structure, growth, nutrition, boundaries, etc, but we all just want to know are kids are happy and safe each day so that we can focus on the things we need to.

It would be hard to give a specific moment because the beauty of kids is they surprise you and and thrill you 10 times a day. As parents we have cellphones filled with beautiful firsts our children do everyday. That excitement and surprise that they have when doing something or accomplishing something is the same excitement I feel and appreciate how lucky I am to witness it.
