Making sure the child’s needs are getting met and they are growing healthy, having fun, and under great care by me. I also think its important that the parents are comfortable and not stressed out.
My experience with special needs children...
My mom and sister used to work in a daycare and I would volunteer, I got a lot of experience with special needs kids and have dine a lot of research on the different kinds of needs they might have. One of my best friends since high school is special needs and I learned a lot from this relationship.
