Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I had the opportunity to watch over a 10 year old boy and doing my classes at the same time. Most of the time I supervised him while he played with his friends, making sure they were safe, respectful, and having fun. He also loved to draw and play with toys so I’d sit nearby and engage with him and support his stories and ideas and encourage creativity. I helped with his homework and helped him stay focused and explained what he didn’t understand. It was a really fun and rewarding experience, and I enjoyed building trust with him and his family :)

I absolutely LOVE drawing and coloring together and talking to each other about what we drew together, writing stories together, outdoor games like hide and seek, scavenger hunts, helping with homework, reading stories together them, and watching movies or tv shows together and much more fun activities!
