To me, the most important part of being a nanny is creating a safe and positive environment where children feel loved, supported, and free to be themselves. Building trust with both the kids and their parents is key, and I always strive to be dependable, attentive, and respectful of each family's values and routines.
My experience with special needs children...
I took a physical education course with special needs kids and it was awesome. From throwing around a dodgeball and doing yoga together, they were so funny and kind, I definitely learned so much and made great friends.
