Indoor activities i enjoy doing with kids are crafts, puzzles depending on the ages, educational play time. (Colors, numbers, alphabet). Outdoor activities i enjoy doing with kids would being playing at a park. Playing with water guns. Playing kickball or tag. Anything age appropriate that helps children get exercise.

I believe making sure the kids know they can come to me with anything is very important. I want them to know that I am interested in all the toys and crafts they enjoy. I think it is important to bond with the children more than "just watching them". Helping children learn and find what they enjoy as individuals is very important because no two children are the same.

One of my favorite memories with the three kiddos i watch regularly was last Halloween. I got white pumpkin for them to paint with me on the front porch. That had a blast using all the different colors and making the pumpkins their own. They were so excited fo show their parents how the turned out. I was so proud of how independent they were during this craft.
I love how how I have been around to watch them grow up. I remember when the youngest took her first steps and started talking so each time I see them I get to experience more of those moments. There is always something new they learn that they can't wait to show me. Moments like those make me feel like a part of the family and not just a nanny/sitter.
