The most important part about being a nanny...
What I’ve learned about being with kids all the time is to have lots of patience. Don’t get me wrong kids can be a bit much sometimes but that’s what they taught me the most, is to not get overwhelmed so easily.
My experience with special needs children...
So personally I haven’t worked with special needs children but I have a brother that has autism and I’ve watched him a few times. He does his own thing so it wasn’t too hard but I know every child is different.
