After watching my mother teach for over 30 years I decided I rather work with families in a more private setting.
I’ve volunteered in multiple classrooms within her school, helped with field days, babysat many of her coworkers children for years and am currently working on becoming an RBT.

And when the weather allows we spend plenty of time outside on the playground or having water time.

The most important part about being a nanny...
I think the most important part of being a nanny is being able to care for the family as a whole not just the child(ren) and the ability to remain flexible and open minded to their needs.

I have a level 2 autistic daughter who has some speech delay so I have started a course to help me better understand how to work with her and meet her needs.
