The most important part of being a nanny is creating a safe, loving, and stable environment where children feel secure, supported, and understood. It is also important to be patient, reliable, and attentive to each child’s individual needs while helping them grow, learn, and develop with care and consistency. Building trust with both the children and the family is essential.

I do not have formal experience working specifically with special needs children, but I am very patient, caring, and open to learning. I am willing to follow guidance from parents and professionals to provide the best possible care and support for each child’s individual needs.

My favorite nanny moment is seeing children feel safe, happy, and comfortable with me over time. I especially love the small milestones, like when a baby I care for becomes more interactive, starts smiling more, or shows trust and comfort in my presence. These moments are very meaningful to me because they show the bond and connection we build through daily care, patience, and love.
