Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

Volunteered at sons school from k through 12 my son is autistic so the whole classroom was special needs with different degrees on spectrum. I attended every school trip with the autistic class to help them out and make sur they had enough eyes and hands as some tend to wander off. We moved here from Philadelphia ,Pa in 2016. My children are 12 he is hearing impaired and my 17 year is autistic.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I do art projects and playtime . I have played a variety of sports. I would do a volunteer cooking class for the autistic kids to learn a life skill. I took kids horseback riding and teaching them to ride.

The most important part about being a nanny...

Making sure the children are happy and health. While setting limits and teaching them new thing everyday.

I have a special needs child and have volunteered in their classroom in. I have worked with special needs people since my junior year in high school.

The most important part about being a nanny...

I took one of my clients kids to his therapy to teach him to walk. . Which they said he would never do and her first nanny quit because it was to much to do the exercises. i worked with him for about 3 months doing what they asked and he started standing on his own. a week later his parents came home he walked over to them . I called and told them I had a surprise for both of them when they got home and need to talk to them I let him walk to the front door to meet them .
