One of my favorite nanny moments was seeing a child accomplish something they had been working hard on — whether it was learning to read a new word, riding a bike, or trying something new without fear. Being able to encourage them, watch their confidence grow, and celebrate that success together is incredibly rewarding. Those small milestones are what make caring for children so special to me.
