The most important part about taking care of a child, is the fact that you need to be consist and understanding that the child is still learning about the world and be patient with the child. Also to make the child feel safe to express themselves and to show they are cared for.

My favorite moment with children was when I was going to a house to do therapy with a child and the child saw me and just started screaming "Sarah, mom, Sarah is here". It was a precious moment that I hold in my heart.
