One day, while traveling to Charleston with the family I nannied for, we visited a historical monument. It was a beautiful hot day, and I remember the sun was going down as we were walking towards the car. The kids were EXHAUSTED, but as we were leaving butteflies flew out and the kids started chasing them. The sunlight through the oak trees while the little girls hair bounced and the toddler boys little legs waddled will forever be placed in my memory. I still remember their laughter - the pure joy they were experiencing was pure joy for myself to watch.
