Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I enjoy teaching children through play and experiences. Some of my favorite activities include spending time outdoors, going on nature walks, visiting parks and playgrounds and, swimming. On days spent inside I like doing a variety of arts and crafts, baking, puzzles, reading books and, age appropriate games.
Most importantly, I enjoy getting to know each child's individual interest and planning activities they will enjoy!

My experience with special needs children...
I have limited experience with special needs children, however I am willing to work with all children and learn how to care for children with unique needs. During my time at the early education program there have been children with Down syndrome and children with a variety of neurodivergent needs. While I was not their primary caregiver, these experiences helped me develop adaptability, patience and an understanding of children and their individual strengths and needs.
