I believe children thrive with a combination of both indoor and outdoor activities. Indoors, I love creative crafts, playing make-believe, and developmentally appropriate games. During outside play, I enjoy taking children to parks, bike rides/walks, and building sandcastles at the beach!

My experience with special needs children...
I have over 10 years of experience working with children with special needs. In a laboratory preschool setting on my college campus, I collected behavioral data for the director and conducted research on self regulation for my senior capstone project. Post grad, I worked as a special education teaching assistant in a sub-separate classroom in an Intensive Learning Program. This program was highly focused on the use of Applied Behavioral Analysis. In a high school setting, I worked as an academic tutor assisting students on the Autism Spectrum learn life skills to gain independence.
