The most important part about being a nanny...
Learning who your taking care of. In other words precision. I’m sure your thinking how if all children change as they grow, right? Though every child is different, once you learn who they are and make sure that their comfortable enough to trust you, it gets easier from there. That is the start of a new relationship that the caregiver the parent/guardian and child can take in with comfort and ease. My job as your nanny is to show growth, leadership, respect, love, sacrifice, and detail. I’m also amazing at fixing situations without bothering the parent or making them worry, though I will keep you updated. An example of my work would be if your child hates bedtime. I’m the one who could teach them to understand how rest is important. For that is the time where I clean and organize as I prepare to depart for the remainder of the day. I’ll clean throughout the day but as all parents know it doesn’t stay the same all day.
