Every child has a different personality, routine, and way of communicating, so I always try to understand their individual needs instead of treating every child the same. I also think being dependable is extremely important because parents need to feel confident that their child is in good hands. I enjoy supporting children through play, learning, daily routines, and emotional moments while encouraging independence as they grow. Good communication with parents is also very important to me. The most important part about being a nanny...

My favorite moments are when a child starts feeling completely comfortable with me and their personality really comes out. One of the sweetest moments was when a child I cared for started running to greet me with a big smile every time I arrived. Those little moments of trust, laughter, and connection are what make being a nanny so special to me
