My favorite moment was when I nannied my little 2 year old boy - we were playing on a little spinning disc in his room, and I decided to get on with him and we spun together. He laughed so hard and then said ‘this is SO much fun!!’. It made me cry. When i started with him he could hardly even talk, and within 3 months he was fully speaking. That moment where he expressed how much he liked hanging out with me helped me realize how important having a hands on caregiver is. <3
