A little bit about me

Hi there! My name is Savannah Davis, and I’m an experienced childcare professional with a genuine passion for helping children learn, grow, and feel loved. I’m currently pursuing a degree in Early Childhood Education and hold certifications in CPR, First Aid, and all center-required childcare safety training.

With several years of experience working in early learning centers, I’ve cared for children of all ages — from curious toddlers to imaginative preschoolers. I believe in creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where kids can explore the world through play, creativity, and hands-on learning.

Families I work with often describe me as patient, dependable, and warm-hearted. Whether it’s helping with routines, encouraging milestones, or simply making the day fun, I take pride in bringing consistency and care into each child’s day.

I’d love the opportunity to support your family and provide the same level of care and attention I give my own loved ones.

More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

My relevant childcare experience includes over 5 years as a Lead Teacher, where I cared for infants through preschool-aged children in a classroom setting. I also served as a Childcare Director, supervising children, supporting staff, and ensuring a safe, structured environment. In addition, I have experience providing private nannying and babysitting care, creating age-appropriate activities, preparing meals and snacks, assisting with potty training, maintaining routines, and communicating closely with parents. I am also CPR and First Aid certified.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I enjoy planning fun, age-appropriate activities that encourage learning and creativity. Some of my favorites include arts and crafts, sensory play, reading books, outdoor play, walks, music and dance, educational games, puzzles, building with blocks, pretend play, baking simple treats, and science or STEM activities. I also enjoy helping with homework, teaching life skills, and creating structured routines while making sure children feel safe, supported, and have fun.

The most important part about being a nanny...

My favorite nanny moments are watching children accomplish something they’ve been working hard on, whether it’s learning a new skill, gaining confidence, or reaching a milestone. Seeing their excitement and knowing I played a small part in helping them grow is incredibly rewarding. I also love building close relationships with the families I work with and becoming someone the children feel safe, comfortable, and excited to spend time with.
