I have been working in a daycare center with children ages 1-2 years old for the last 6 months, which has provided me with the experience of working with toddlers at such a critical age. I am comfortable with handling the daily activities of the children, such as changing diapers, having snacks, taking naps, and playing, while ensuring that they feel secure and well-cared for. Working with toddlers has also helped me develop my patience, attentiveness, and ability to remain calm during tantrums or when things get hectic.

From my experience, I have come to realize the importance of consistency and structure for toddlers, and I find it rewarding to be a part of their development, whether it is encouraging them to speak their first words, watching them develop confidence as they learn to walk and explore, or modeling positive social interactions. Now that I am moving on to babysitting, I look forward to applying my professional skills to a more personal and one-on-one experience.
