More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
Relevant experience where I’ve also cared for children includes consistently babysitting since I was 13, as well as frequently watching my six nieces and nephews. Through this, I’ve gained hands-on experience with children ranging from 2 months old to 10 years old, including feeding, diaper changes, naps, playtime, and helping with basic routines.
In addition, my work experience has helped me build strong responsibility, communication, and multitasking skills that directly carry over into childcare. I’m very comfortable managing busy environments, staying patient, and keeping kids engaged while also maintaining a safe and structured setting.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I love keeping kids active, engaged, and having fun! Some of my favorite activities include going outside, taking walks, and finding ways to stay active and explore. Inside, I enjoy playing games, coloring, doing crafts, and helping kids use their creativity. I also love making everyday moments fun—like singing karaoke in the car or turning simple activities into something exciting and memorable. My goal is always to create a fun, positive environment where kids feel happy and comfortable.
The most important part about being a nanny...
The most important part about being a nanny, to me, is creating a safe, trusting, and positive environment where children feel comfortable, supported, and happy. It’s about building a genuine connection with them—so they know they’re cared for, listened to, and can be themselves.
I also think it’s important to be dependable and consistent, not just for the kids but for the parents as well. Being someone a family can fully trust and rely on is a huge part of the role. At the end of the day, it’s about making a meaningful impact in a child’s life while helping make everyday life a little easier for the family.

My experience with special needs children...
I do not have any experience, caring for special needs children at this point in time.
The most important part about being a nanny...
Even though I haven’t officially been a nanny, one of my favorite experiences comes from a family I babysat for consistently for almost three years. I watched their two boys regularly, and over time we built such a close bond. We would spend our days playing games, going outside, and just having fun together, and I really got to watch them grow.
One of the most meaningful parts for me was when they started calling me their “best friend.” It was so special to know they felt that comfortable and happy around me. Those moments always stuck with me and made the experience so memorable. It reminded me how important it is to create a positive, safe, and fun environment for kids—not just someone to watch them, but someone they truly enjoy being around.

Part-Time Child Care Provider Available in Highlands Ranch, CO: Kassidy M.
I have extensive long-term childcare experience that began in high school, where I was the go to babysitter in my neighborhood and worked as a summer nanny for local families. In college, I continued working with children by carrying for infants in a church Sunday school setting while parents attended services.
For the past 2 1/2 years, I've worked as a gymnastics coach teaching and supervising children from toddlers to age 13 including special needs. Through coaching I've focused on safety structure, confidence building and positive behavior while managing both individual children and groups. Many of the families I coach now regularly trust me to babysit their children outside of the gym, which has allowed me to build strong ongoing relationships with both children and parents.
