He has autism and adhd and at first growing up watching him it was very rough but as I continued to learn and take care of him I gained the ability to have patience and to be understanding. I also Learned empathy and the importance of individualized support.

Oh, I have a funny nanny moment to share you! One time, I was playing hide-and-seek with the kids I was babysitting. I found the perfect hiding spot behind a curtain, but when they came looking for me, they walked right past me without noticing! I had to stifle my laughter and eventually had to give them a little hint. We all had a good laugh about it afterward.
