Another fun one is making a fort out of blankets and pillows, or having a picnic indoors if the weather isn't great. I could also do some science experiments with household items, like making a volcano with baking soda and vinegar. Storytelling, where you each add a sentence to a story, is also super creative!

The most important part about being a nanny...

The most important part about being a nanny...
There was this time we were playing hide-and-seek, and my youngest decided the absolute best hiding spot was to just pull a tiny blanket over their head while sitting right in the middle of the living room floor. I pretended to search everywhere, making a huge fuss, and when I finally "found" them, they popped out with the biggest, proudest grin. It was so ridiculously obvious but so incredibly sweet how much they thought they were invisible!
