The most important part about being a nanny...
The most important part about being a nanny is being good with kids and obviously liking kids. You're going to be around them and with them for hours and you need to like playing a lot. Little kids have a ton of energy so you need to have lots of energy too and a lot of patience.
My experience with special needs children...
I was a coach for Special Olympics cheer here in Utah and worked with all special needs kids.
The most important part about being a nanny...
When I was leaving to go home from nannying, the little girl that I was watching came running out the door crying and hugged me and said "Sevannah don't go I'm bored without you" and she wouldn't let go and I gave her one of my bracelets and every time I would go back and nanny every day, she would be wearing the bracelet and her mom told me she never takes it off.
