I love to teach each child I have, on their own level, in doing so, I find out their interest and build and development curriculum around it. There is almost nothing better then seeing a smile on a child's face, especially when it is one of accomplishment and joy of discoverment. Now, I know that there are sad times, also tantrums and breakdowns, in which, I will deal with accordingly. These episodes don't hardly happen nor do they last for very long when they do come about.
