The most important part about being a nanny...
Making sure the kids are safe!! I cannot stress this enough, Safe in sense of when you are out in public places with the kiddos,to make sure that u can reach them easily (if not they are too far away) with the world we live in safety of kids are very important in all aspects!
My experience with special needs children...
I worked with two little boys (twins) who had autism. I was their weekend nanny for 13 months.
